At Malhotra Jewellers, we are committed to delivering a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. While we do our best to fulfil every order, there may be rare instances where a cancellation is necessary. Please find our policy below:

Cancellations by Malhotra Jewellers:

In certain situations, we may need to cancel an order to maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. Cancellations may occur due to the following reasons:

  • Limited Stock availability of the selected product

  • Errors in pricing or product details listed on our website

  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or unusual order behaviour

  • Operations disruptions due to natural events or unforeseen circumstances

To ensure a secure and accurate transaction, we may also reach out for additional information before processing or confirming the order.

We appreciate your understanding and will make every effort to keep you informed in the event of such a cancellation.

Ready to Ship Orders:

At Malhotra Jewellers, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel a ready-to-ship order, you may do so before the item has been dispatched.

  • Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will initiate a refund to the original mode of payment within 10 business days.

  • A pre-dispatch cancellation fee of 2% will be deducted, and the remaining 98% of the paid amount will be refunded to the same account used for the purchase.

Please Note:

Cancellations are not permitted for the following product categories under any circumstances:

  • Gold and Silver Coins

  • Gold and Silver Bars

  • Silver Articles

  • Rakhi's

  • Solitare Jewellery

Make to Order:

Each made-to-order piece - whether part of our personalized or custom-designed collections is crafted exclusively for you, with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

If you wish to cancel a made-to-order item:

  • Within 2 days of purchase: You are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed to the original payment source in line with our refund policy.

  • After 2 days of purchase (regardless of dispatch status): A cancellation is still possible; however, making charges and stone costs applicable to the piece will be deducted from the refund amount. The balance will be refunded to the original payment method or can be adjusted against an exchange for another product.

Failed Transactions:

In the rare event of a failed transaction where the amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, the payment gateway will automatically initiate a refund to your original account within 72 hours.

Please note that our cancellation policy may vary for select products or during special promotions and festive campaigns. Malhotra Jewellers reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this policy at any time without prior notice.
