We offer free shipping across the Delhi-NCR region. No additional delivery fee will be charged for orders within this area.
Delivery Process:
For security reasons, the identity of the recipient must be verified upon delivery. Please keep any two of the following valid government-issued ID proofs ready:

Delivery Location:
We only deliver to residential or official/work addresses. Please note that deliveries will not be made to public loactions such as malls, hotels, restaurants, or streets. This is to ensure the safety of your valuable order.
Damaged Product:
In case you recieve a damaged product or parcel, please notify us via phone or email within 72 hours of delivery. Do not discard or tamper with parcel and preserve all original packaging and documents. Failure to report damage within the stipulated time may result in denial of refund or replacement. We shall not be responsible for claims raised after 72 hours.
NOTE: We recommend that you record an unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. In case of damage or missing items, sharing this video with us within 72 hours is mandatory for us to process any claims.
Failure to report and provide supporting evidence within the stipulated time may result in the denial of a refund or replacement. We shall not be responsible for claims raised after 72 hours.
