Refund Policy

At Malhotra Jewellers, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and strive to ensure that every piece you purchase brings joy and value. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent Return & Refund process to support your experience. 

Return Period:

Products are eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition along with all accompanying paperwork, invoices, original boxes, and product certificates.

Refunds are not applicable to the following categories:

  • Gold Coins

  • Silver Articles

  • Gold & Silver Rakhi

  • Customized Purchase (Make-to-Order)

  • Engraved or Personalized items

  • Purchases made using Promo Codes or Discount Coupons

Please Note: Refunds are only applicable for purchases made directly through our official website, www.malhotrajewellersnoida.com. This policy does not apply to items purchased from our physical retail store.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at malhotrajewellersnoida@gmail.com. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

Before dispatching the product:

  • Record a video clearly showing the product being packed in its original condition.

  • Send the video along with your Order ID to +91-9205653753 via WhatsApp. This serves as confirmation of the item’s condition before return.

Once the return is approved:

  • Our team will arrange for a courier pickup. The reverse pickup process may take 7–10 working days.

  • If a courier pickup is unavailable in your location, you may use a trusted and insured courier service at your own expense.

  • Ensure all return shipping costs are covered and retain proof of shipment.

After we receive the returned package:

  • A thorough Quality Check (QC) will be conducted by our experts.

  • If the product passes QC, we will process the refund (including courier charges paid by you).

  • If QC is not passed, the customer will be notified and will need to claim compensation from their courier partner, as applicable.

Refunding Process:

Once the product successfully clears our QC:

  • Refund will be initiated within 10 business days to the same account used for the original payment.

  • No refund will be issued to a different account or via cash.

Please note:

  • Customized jewellery is non-refundable and non-replaceable.

  • Items damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for a refund but may be repaired or exchanged, based on inspection.

  • Cash refunds are not admissible under any circumstances.
