Method 2: Measure an Existing Ring (Inner Diameter)
If you already own a ring that fits perfectly on the target finger, you can easily measure its internal diameter. This is also an ideal method for confirming your results from Method 1 or keeping a surprise gift a secret.

Step 1: Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of the finger you intend to wear the ring on.
Step 2: Ensure it sits comfortably snug without squeezing, then mark the exact point where the ends overlap.
Step 3: Lay the strip flat, measure the length in millimeters (MM), and match it with our circumference chart.

Use a strip of paper, soft tape, or string to measure the exact fit of your finger. Compare your measurement in millimeters against our size chart below. If you are choosing a wider band design, we recommend sizing up by one size for a comfortable fit.
